Be the best that you can be

This week we attended the Small Firms Association annual conference in Dublin Castle. The title of the conference was ” Unlock the formula for success for your business”

The main ideas that I got from the various speakers were

Pride

Pioneering

Passion

No matter what you do, be the best that you can be

It all begins with innovation and research.

The most memorable speech was from the MD of Java Republic, David McKiernan. Despite what people may think from the name, this is an Irish company.

Trust your capabilities, make use of your contacts, both new and old, you never know when you will need advice.

And what we all know, Customer is king, listen, ask, observe behaviour. It costs more to gain a new customer than to retain existing ones.
